What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Administer a high-volume HR help desk, responding to HR inquiries and coordinating team responses
- Manage 401(k) enrollment communications and oversee delinquent loan payment reports
- Handle Workers Compensation Claims and perform retiree benefits administration
- Ensure compliance with FMLA and other types of leave, including documentation and tracking
- Communicate directly with benefit providers to resolve claims and coverage issues

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of HR-related experience
- High school diploma or GED required
- Intermediate proficiency in PC and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks without follow-up

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 6+ years of HR or Administrative Assistant experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence others
- Knowledge of HRIS platforms
