What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead HRIS upgrade projects and manage the ADP HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
- Extract, cleanse, and analyze data to create and enhance Power BI dashboards for key HR metrics
- Provide training and technical support to HR staff and system users
- Ensure compliance with HR regulations and data privacy policies
- Collaborate with various teams to identify reporting needs and implement solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in implementing and managing an HRIS, with a strong preference for ADP Lyric experience
- Strong skills in using Power BI for reporting and data visualization
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in HRIS, data analytics, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology) or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong background in analytics and dashboard building, with a visual mindset
- Understanding of the integration between payroll and HR processes
- Experience with ADP Lyric is a plus
