      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and maintain the Dayforce HRIS system, ensuring data integrity and user support
      - Collaborate with HR and other departments to analyze and improve HRIS processes
      - Provide training and support to HR staff and end-users on HRIS functionalities
      - Create and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and analytics for management decision-making
      - Lead system upgrades or implementations, ensuring seamless integration with other systems

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree preferred in HR, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in Dayforce, with at least 3 years in system configuration
      - High level of expertise in Dayforce, capable of supporting complex changes from day one
      - Comprehensive understanding of Core HCM modules, including Recruiting, WFM, Payroll, and Benefits Administration
      - Proven project management experience in HR systems implementations and ongoing support

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Advanced report building and integrations experience, including APIs
      - Experience working in ticket/case management systems (e.g., SDP)
      - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
      - Ability to thrive in fast-changing environments and manage ambiguity
      - Strong customer service orientation
