What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and maintain the Dayforce HRIS system, ensuring data integrity and providing user support
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to enhance HRIS processes and implement system improvements
- Provide training and support to HR staff and end-users on HRIS functionalities
- Create and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and analytics for management decision-making
- Lead or contribute to system upgrades and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years' experience in Dayforce, with at least 3 years in system configuration
- Comprehensive understanding of Core HCM modules including Recruiting, WFM, and Payroll
- Advanced report building and integration experience, including APIs
- Proven project management experience in HR Systems implementations and support

- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- High level of confidence in verbal and written communication
