      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and maintain the Dayforce HRIS system, ensuring data integrity and user support
      - Collaborate with HR and other departments to analyze and improve HRIS processes
      - Provide training and support to HR staff and end-users on HRIS functionality
      - Create and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and analytics for management decision-making
      - Lead system upgrades and ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree preferred in HR, IT, or a related field or equivalent experience
      - 5+ years' experience in Dayforce, including 3+ years configuring Dayforce
      - Comprehensive understanding of Core HCM modules such as Recruiting, WFM, Payroll, and Benefits Administration
      - Proven project management or project leading experience on HR systems implementations
      - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - High level of expertise in the Dayforce environment, able to support complex changes from day one
      - Advanced report building and integration experience, including APIs
      - Experience working in ticket/case management systems (e.g., SDP)
      - Strong customer service orientation and ability to collaborate with all levels of stakeholders
