What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
- 8 years of experience managing projects of increasing complexity
- 5 years of experience with Global HRIS systems, specifically UKG
- 3 years of UKG configuration experience
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and analytics/reporting tools

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with DayForce and ICIMS
- Familiarity with monitoring and managing APIs linking HRIS with other tools
