What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with executive leadership to design and execute HR strategies that support growth and transformation

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years of HR Business Partnering experience in a fast-paced 3PL, warehouse, or e-commerce fulfillment environment
- 5+ years of experience supporting engineering, procurement, operations, and building organizations
- Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in data management and analysis, including MS Excel
