What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Utilize advanced analytical techniques to plan, analyze, and evaluate the effectiveness of operating programs within the VHA healthcare setting
- Extract and analyze source data to assess the effectiveness of programs and business processes
- Effectively manipulate data to present program status and performance metrics

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Informatics, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in program analysis, data analysis, or informatics in a Veterans Administration healthcare setting
- Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with SAFe's Lean Agile principles and practices

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- PMP Certification
- Masters Degree
