What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, delivering software products that enhance laboratory information systems
- Integrate automation, informatics, and laboratory information systems to ensure effective communication between all systems
- Lead projects to identify and implement critical design improvements in the integration process
- Manage third-party hardware and software to maintain customer satisfaction and support business growth
- Provide customized consulting services to laboratories and IT personnel

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate degree in science, IT, or medical technology plus 3+ years of related experience in a clinical lab environment or with a clinical laboratory information system (LIS)
- Ability to travel 85% of the time to client sites
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for the last 3 years
- Proven experience in managing schedules, company assets, and expenses
- Strong background in laboratory workflow and operations

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in science or Medical Technology
- Experience as a medical technologist, particularly with Beckman Coulter instrumentation systems
- Knowledge of programming, networking, databases, and LIS implementation/development
