      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Integrate automation, informatics, and Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) for effective communication between systems
      - Lead and execute laboratory informatics implementation activities, identifying gaps and design improvements
      - Manage integration of third-party hardware and support customer satisfaction
      - Perform installation and integration work to facilitate highly automated laboratory operations
      - Deliver customized consulting services to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate degree in science, IT, or medical technology plus 3+ years of related experience in a clinical lab environment or with a clinical LIS
      - Must be able to travel 85% of the time to client sites
      - Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for the last 3 years
      - Ability to regularly lift up to 50lbs and perform physical tasks related to the job
      - Experience in laboratory workflow and operations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in science or Medical Technology with experience in a laboratory environment
      - Proven experience managing personal schedules and travel within company guidelines
      - Background as a medical technologist, ideally with experience using Beckman Coulter instrumentation systems
      - Knowledge in programming, networking, databases, and/or LIS implementation/development
      - Familiarity with customer service and support in a technical environment
