      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the front-line contact with customers to deliver software products that integrate laboratory information systems with analytical instrumentation
      - Lead the installation and integration of informatics products to facilitate automated laboratory operations
      - Develop custom algorithms to improve informatics software functionality and connectivity
      - Communicate critical gaps and potential improvements in the integration process while directing all implementation activities
      - Manage customer satisfaction and support by integrating third-party hardware and software systems

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate degree in science, IT, or medical technology plus 3+ years of related experience in a clinical lab environment or with a clinical LIS
      - Must be able to travel 85% of the time to client sites
      - Valid driver's license and clean driving record for the last 3 years
      - Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks including standing, walking, and climbing stairs
      - Willingness to travel domestically and occasionally internationally, including overnight stays

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in science or Medical Technology with laboratory experience
      - Experience managing personal schedules, company assets, and expenses
      - Background as a medical technologist with experience using Beckman Coulter instrumentation systems
      - Knowledge of programming, networking, databases, and LIS implementation/development
