      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the primary contact for customers, delivering software solutions that integrate laboratory information systems and analytical instruments
      - Lead installation and integration projects to enhance laboratory automation and operations
      - Write custom algorithms to improve informatics software and ensure effective communication between systems
      - Identify and communicate critical gaps in the integration process, proposing design improvements
      - Manage customer satisfaction through effective support and consultation services

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate degree in science, IT, or medical technology plus 3+ years of related experience in a clinical lab environment or with a clinical LIS
      - Must be able to travel up to 85% of the time to client sites
      - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for the last 3 years
      - Ability to lift, move, and place up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks as required
      - Experience in laboratory workflow and operations, ideally as a medical technologist

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in science or Medical Technology with experience in a laboratory environment
      - Proven ability to manage personal schedules, travel, and company assets within guidelines
      - Familiarity with programming, networking, databases, and/or LIS implementation/development
      - Experience using Beckman Coulter instrumentation systems in a laboratory setting
      - Background in managing laboratory operations and workflows
