What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Integrate automation, informatics, and Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) to ensure successful communication between all systems
- Lead and execute all laboratory informatics implementation activities while identifying critical gaps and potential design improvements
- Manage integration of third-party hardware and ensure customer satisfaction to support business growth
- Provide consulting services to customers’ laboratory and IT personnel to craft effective solutions
- Perform installation and integration work to facilitate highly automated laboratory operations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate degree in science, IT, or medical technology plus 3+ years of related experience in a clinical lab environment or with a clinical LIS
- Must be able to travel 85% of the time to client sites
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for the last 3 years
- Ability to travel Monday-Thursday 80% within assigned territory with frequent overnight stays
- Previous experience in a laboratory environment preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in science or Medical Technology with experience in a laboratory environment
- Proven experience managing personal schedules, travels, and company assets within guidelines
- Background as a medical technologist, particularly with Beckman Coulter instrumentation systems
- Experience in programming, networking, databases, and/or LIS implementation/development
