What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead Information Security Assurance & Compliance activities
- Oversee application compliance to mitigate risks
- Partner with key stakeholders for security guidance and audits
- Develop and update policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Manage cybersecurity audit engagements and due diligence activities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum eight years of experience in Information Security governance
- Strong understanding of security and control frameworks
- Experience with security program assessment and development
- Familiarity with GRC tools and policy/procedure development

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- CISSP, CISA, CISM, CEH, or Security+ certification
- Experience working in a highly regulated industry
- Familiarity with software development process and banking technologies
- Strong team player with exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft 0365 products and infrastructure technologies
