What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assess system vulnerabilities and propose risk mitigation strategies
- Troubleshoot technical problems and maintain documentation of maintenance procedures
- Lead the team responsible for the information assurance posture of networks and systems
- Develop documentation to support certification of compliance to standards
- Train staff on new technologies and ensure operational equipment

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Active Secret Clearance
- MS/MA degree with 10 years of experience or BS/BA degree with 14 years of experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in all phases of Information Assurance (IA) and cybersecurity
- Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in secure network and system design and implementation
- Active Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Information Systems Manager (CISM)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Knowledge Management Systems (KMS)
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
