      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Follow up with families who have had initial conversations and tours of communities to advise on next steps and drive move-ins
      - Act as a liaison between families in need and communities or care providers
      - Serve as an ongoing expert resource to families after referrals to communities or home care providers
      - Establish relationships over the phone to understand family needs and guide them in their decision-making
      - Manage follow-up sales processes, communicating with families and customer communities as they progress through their journey

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3-5 years of strong sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
      - Proficient in proactive outreach and closing sales in a consultative environment
      - Ability to multitask, including talking on the phone while taking notes on a computer
      - Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word and Excel
      - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the senior living industry or related sales experience
      - Demonstrated ability to overcome objections and close sales effectively
      - Passion for helping families navigate senior care options
