      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Follow up with families who have had initial conversations and tours at communities to drive move-ins
      - Act as a liaison between families in need and care providers or communities
      - Provide ongoing expert guidance to families after referrals to communities or home care providers
      - Achieve daily outbound touch points through calls, texts, and scheduling tours
      - Understand customer community offerings and assist in advancing families through their journey

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3-5 years of strong sales experience with a proven track record in proactive outreach and closing skills
      - History of exceeding sales quotas and performance metrics
      - Ability to multitask effectively, including talking on the phone while taking notes
      - Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word and Excel
      - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills over the phone

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the senior living industry or related fields
      - Familiarity with consultative sales processes and overcoming objections
      - Ability to establish rapport quickly with families
