What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Follow up with families after initial conversations to advise on next steps and drive move-ins to customer communities
- Act as a liaison between families and senior living communities or care providers
- Provide ongoing expert resources to families referred to initial communities or home care providers
- Manage the follow-up sales process, including communication with families and customer communities
- Schedule tours at customer communities and convert leads into customer move-ins

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of strong sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
- Proactive outreach and closing skills, with the ability to overcome objections in a consultative environment
- Ability to multitask, including talking on the phone while taking notes on the computer
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word and Excel
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills over the phone
