Develop reports in Tableau
Use SQL to prepare adhoc data extracts
Develop Python scripts to populate data sources used in Tableau reports
Support the team if required with BAU reporting, regulatory reporting and other reporting assignments as required
Identify opportunities for reporting optimisation and improvement
Work with various internal stakeholders to help formulate and scope business problems
Ensure a continuous improvement culture by supporting management to embed our productivity minimum habits and to lead and support CI activities within team with clear tangible and measurable outputs
Support on other tasks that the team is involved in
Tertiary qualification in a relevant analytics discipline
Proficient to expert skills in Tableau, SQL and Python
Accuracy and Attention to detail
Ability to work under tight deadlines
Good communication skills and stakeholder management
High problem solving, quantitative and analytical skills
Knowledge of the Banking Industry desirable
Ideally Perth based, but open to Melbourne and Sydney if required

The Senior Insights analyst role sits within the Reporting & Analytics team in the wider Data and Analytics division. The team supports Personal Bank, Digital and Third Party, Customer Service Centre, and other Business Units to deliver Front-line Target support, BAU Tableau Reporting, Reporting automation and Analytic/insights.
