      We are seeking a highly motivated individual with 10+ years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing SAP Ariba.
      Your key responsibility will be supporting the tax integration processes between ONESOURCE Indirect Tax Determination and SAP Ariba. You will work with both internal and external parties (consulting and implementation partners, customers and prospects) to design integration solutions, implementation strategies, training materials and best practices. You will provide domain expertise in SAP Ariba and business processes in support of building clearly defined business requirements and converting them into competitive, robust and flexible designs.

      Job Responsibilities

      • Analyzes customer problems of high complexity

      • Assesses scope of impact

      • Mitigates customer impact of issues and defines, reviews, and executes work arounds

      • Identifies options for problem resolution and initiates action

      • Engages others as appropriate and escalates as required

      • Provides advice or training to users about the application systems' functionality, correct operation or constraints, and corrects user faults

      • Liaises with various application development and content teams, customer service teams, and other software and hardware support teams.

      • Proactively monitors production and nonproduction environments and/or applications

      • Provides input for technical plans and solutions.

      • Provides technical guidance to less experience analysts

      • Has in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline or area and provides subject matter expertise

      • Provides task directions to other analysts.

      • Conducts root cause analysis and correlation of other system and/or application problems of high complexity.

      • Works on medium to large, moderately complex projects/issues that require increased skill in multiple technical environments and disciplines.

      • Manages multiple and sometimes competing priorities.

      • Prepares status updates for customer problems or projects.

      • Regularly communicates and shares knowledge with rest of the team.

      • Performs actions aligned with defined standards


      Qualifications

      • Applicants must have experience of working with SAP Ariba, preferably Ariba Cloud and Ariba Network.

      • At least 7 years of experience combining analysis, design, configuration, and systems implementations.

      • Bachelors in Business Administration or Computer Science or equivalent work experience; formal education in accounting/finance is desired.

      • Familiarity with P2P (Procure to Pay) flow and functionality.

      • Ability to collaborate and brainstorm with other team members in a dynamic environment

      • Strong planning, organization, and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects

      • Strong analytical and design skills

      • Previous work with US Sales and Use tax is an added advantage.

      • Experience/Strong knowledge on Indirect Taxation is a plus

      • Experience on OneSource Determination, OneSource Ariba Integration is plus to this job.

      • Experience driving quality of complex features with lots of dependencies

      • Assist in QA testing and documenting final product solution

      • Good written and oral communication skills

      • Good problem solving capabilities

      • Possesses a professional and cooperative attitude

      • Self- starter who works well both independently and on a team
