What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Generate standard or custom reporting solutions summarizing financial and operational business data
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and data needs
- Identify appropriate data sources and provide reporting solutions
- Perform functional testing to ensure data accuracy
- Provide end user support for reporting tool usage and data interpretation

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or relevant field preferred
- Minimum of six years’ experience in report writing and data analytics
- Experience in programming, data analysis, and report development
- Knowledge of data warehousing and management
- Experience with Epic, Clarity data warehouse, Cognos, Oracle SQL Developer, and Tableau preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Current Epic Clarity Data Model certification or ability to complete certification within 6 months
- Relevant experience in programming languages such as SQL
- Familiarity with leading analytical toolsets
