What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Generate standard or custom reporting solutions summarizing financial and operational business data for review by stakeholders
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and data needs
- Identify appropriate data sources and provide reporting solutions to meet stakeholder needs
- Perform functional testing to ensure the completeness and accuracy of data
- Provide end-user support for reporting tool usage and data interpretation

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a relevant field preferred
- Minimum of six years' experience in report writing and data analytics
- Experience in programming, data analysis, and report development in SQL or similar analytical toolset
- Knowledge of data warehousing and management with in-depth experience writing reports
- Must obtain current Epic Clarity Data Model certification within 6 months of employment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Epic, Clarity data warehouse, Cognos, Oracle SQL Developer, and Tableau
- Familiarity with industry trends within the business intelligence continuum
