What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collect remediation plans from owners of IT hardware, software, or business applications that have reached end of life (EOL)
- Analyze EOL data for accuracy and efficiencies, effectively communicating analysis output
- Contribute to EOL reporting based on data analysis, industry trends, and process capabilities
- Prepare and assist with documentation, including routine metrics and supporting narratives
- Lead by example, mentoring junior resources and fostering relationships with remediation owners and stakeholders

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Analytics, Modeling, or Reporting OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Analytics, Modeling, or Reporting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail and the ability to identify and interpret data trends
- Proven organizational and time-management skills, including the prioritization of multiple tasks
- Experience working in an agile environment; familiarity with Jira is a plus

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- IT Asset Management experience, including knowledge of ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management and Software Asset Management modules
- Ability to mentor junior resources
- Experience with Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with FFIEC and ITAM frameworks such as ITIL, NIST, and COBIT
