What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide support for major enterprise applications and lead design of business workflows
- Conduct needs assessments and oversee software implementation and reporting
- Troubleshoot application and system hardware issues independently
- Manage disaster recovery and backup requirements for assigned systems
- Act as the primary customer contact for application support during on and off hours

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Equivalent / GED required
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting applications required
- Knowledge and experience with SQL-based applications and HL7 interfaces required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Epic Cadence or Authorizations and Referrals certification strongly preferred
- Experience in a healthcare setting highly desired
- Project management experience/skills preferred
- Business workflow redesign experience preferred
- Knowledge of ITIL standards preferred
