- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Epic Resolute Hospital Billing Claims
- Project management experience/skills
- Business workflow redesign experience
- Knowledge and experience with SQL-based applications
- Familiarity with ITIL standards
