What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Enhance and support the IT Risk Assessment Program as a subject matter expert
- Identify, assess, and communicate IT risks effectively
- Lead complex risk and compliance reviews and assessments
- Develop new workflows and processes to improve risk management
- Evaluate alignment with IT standards and policies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance Management
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of IT policies, laws, standards, and frameworks (e.g., ISO31000, PCI DSS, NIST)
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Solid understanding of modern IT Risk & Compliance concepts and methodologies

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certification in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
- Familiarity with GRC technology platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Archer)
