What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide remote and desk-side support for users of computer software, hardware, and peripherals
- Grant access, change, and reset passwords for users
- Learn internal business applications and deliver Tier 1 and 2 PC/Network support
- Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate issues related to desktop computer hardware and software
- Effectively manage the IT Helpdesk System to resolve user inquiries

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate degree with two or more years of direct experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with Windows Desktops, peripherals, cell phones, and CCTV systems
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Competency in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to travel up to 50% to community sites

- Knowledge of installation, troubleshooting, and repair methods related to personal computer systems
