What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain Java applications using Spring MVC, Spring Boot, and Spring Batch
- Create and integrate web APIs, including SOAP and REST, across cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and AWS
- Automate identity management services with frameworks like Azure, Okta, and LDAP
- Test and troubleshoot software applications, ensuring compliance with WCAG standards
- Utilize SDLC tools such as Jira, Confluence, and GitHub within a DevOps environment

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proficiency in Java and related technologies (JSP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap)
- Experience with SQL, including DDL, DML, and Stored Procedures
- Strong knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and web application development
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development and cloud technologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documentation and reporting

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with additional programming languages such as .Net and C#
- Experience in automating identity management services
- Knowledge of WCAG compliance standards
- Familiarity with SDLC principles and practices
- Experience using Azure SQL Server and JBOSS EAP on Azure
