What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead end-to-end Jiva implementation projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to design and implement Jiva solutions
- Manage project budgets, resources, risks, and timelines to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery
- Oversee system integration, data migration, user training, and change management activities
- Communicate project updates, progress, and risks to senior leadership and stakeholders

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field
- 7+ years of project management experience in healthcare technology implementations
- Strong experience with Jiva implementation, configuration, and integration
- Expertise in managing enterprise software implementations, system integrations, and data migrations
- Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, compliance (HIPAA), and industry standards

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- PMP and Jiva certifications highly desired
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Knowledge of SQL, APIs, and data analytics related to Jiva
- Familiarity with EHR, claims management, and utilization management systems
- Experience with workflow development tools such as Visio
