      As a Senior Learning and Development Associate at Kainos, you will work with team members within and across business units to ensure staff have the right core skills by supporting the coordination, administration, design, delivery, and evaluation of learning and talent development offerings.

      As part of this role, you will provide support for the implementation of the Kainos learning approach (70:20:10), including formal learning, coaching and social learning and on the job learning.

      The key responsibilities of the role include:

      • Providing support through designing, developing and implement the learning solution programmes for the organisation.

      • Creating bespoke programmes that align with design and delivery methodologies.

      • Leveraging multi- component learning solutions and support frameworks to embed learning, ensuring optimum results in a fast-paced environment.

      • Building and maintaining relationships with B usiness Unit s to drive engagement, development and learning.

      • Supporting the delivery of our people strategy, and the related learning approach.

      • Analysing learning needs and developing commercially viable offerings.

      • Conceptualising designing and developing eLearning, face to face and blended learning materials which are both engaging and innovative.

      • Using your experience, skills and knowledge to further embed our Kainos values, behaviours and culture.

      • Using people related feedback and data to identify other activities to help us develop and retain the best talent.

      • Providing coaching support and constructive feedback to others.

      • Supporting the coordination and administration of the wider Talent Development & Learning team on larger projects and administration needs.

      Minimum (essential) requirements:

      • Training design experience for both virtual and face to face including supporting materials.

      • Ability to facilitate training, communicate and present effectively to our more junior staff both virtually and face to face.

      • Support administration and coordinate learning to meet the demands of our growing team and business.

      • Project Management - end to end L&D solution delivery from design and implementation - to time, cost and quality, as well as having a demonstrable track record of managing and delivering multiple projects at any one time.

      • Experience of working and partnering with teams to design, deliver and evaluate learning both virtually and face to face.

      • Breadth of generalist operational knowledge and an understanding of the responsibilities of the People function.

      • Ability to work to tight deadlines and coordinate as part of a team.

      • Experience using remote training tools such as MS Teams.

      • The successful candidate will need to be able to travel to the Belfast/Birmingham office when required (Up to 2 days per week). Flexibility on occasion to travel within EMEA and the America regions.

      • Previous experience in a L&D training delivery and coordination role.

      Desirable:

      • Exp erience us ing eLearning design software such as Articulate, iSpring or Adobe Captivate.

      • Experience using and maintaining Learning Management Systems.

      • You are a L&D professional with a recognised qualification from CIPD (Level 3).
