Syensqo Oil & Gas Senior Laboratory Technician Job Description for Cementing

• The O&G Solutions senior Laboratory Technician will contribute to, participate in O&G research.
• Innovation development projects for cementing oilfield chemical applications.
• Support the Syensqo O&G Solutions technical and business team to execute technology development projects.

We count on you for:

· Participate in and conduct laboratory tests for Quality Control and develop new technologies.
· Maintain Oil &Gas laboratory testing methods and equipment.
· Provide technical support on existing products and technology.
· Maintenance & keeping lab supply inventory. Qualifications

You will bring:
· An associate degree focusing on Engineering/Chemistry who has 1-2 years of experience in
Mechanical and/ or laboratory background or similar disciplines with related experience.
· Strong background in Quality Control and/ or experience in the plant can be a plus.
· Mechanical aptitude, equipment maintenance & keeping lab supply inventory.
· Motivated, positive, with a can-do attitude.
· Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills
· Teamwork, attitude, and demonstrated customer focus are a must.

Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate, we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range.
