Provide vision, direction, and expertise to leadership for implementing innovative and significant business process improvement solutions that are large scale and cross organizational
Interpret, map, reimagine and pilot procedures and processes, and provide leadership to strategize and execute a variety of process improvement programs, services, and initiatives that are significant in scope, complexity, and risk
Identify process improvement opportunities in Home Lending and develop business cases that drive tangible / measurable efficiency gains – and once initiatives are implemented, ensure expected outcomes are achieved.
Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses and serve as an experienced advisor to the leadership
Provide direction to a cross functional team using business expertise
7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Home Lending Operations experience - Fulfillment (sales, processing, underwriting, closing, and funding), Title Operations, and/or Mortgage Servicing
Leadership or management experience
Ability to lead projects/initiatives with high risk and complexity.
Ability to effectively partner and influence at the senior and executive level
Ability to implement a solution and communicate, in clear business terms, the benefits of the proposed risk management approach
Strong risk management and compliance experience
Ability to develop improvement processes and implementation strategies to ensure business continuity/contingency plans
Ability to identify and evaluate trends, isolate root cause, and provide swift/thorough resolution
Experience conducting root cause analysis for data-driven process-related improvements
Experience leading efforts with multiple stakeholder groups
Ability to think strategically, implement, and deliver business objectives
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Experience with Consulting, Process Improvement, Process Mapping, Process Engineering, Cost Efficiency Initiatives, Problem Solving, Business Case Development, Collaboration, and Influence

This position requires compliance with all mortgages regulatory requirements and Wells Fargo’s compliance policies related to these requirements. Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening and required reporting of certain incidents.
This position offers a hybrid work schedule (3 days in office/2 day remote). Preferred Locations listed below. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
