What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and manage webinar, scheduling, and logistics for internal learning programs
- Maintain library of training materials on LMS platform
- Design and develop learning resources such as guides, videos, etc.
- Deliver virtual instructor-led training sessions with minimal supervision
- Support the development of role-based learning pathways and professional development

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Working knowledge of instructional design models
- Experience creating learning approaches for adult learners
- Development of interactive e-learning products with minimal oversight
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong people skills and ability to engage all levels of the organization

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience serving as a trainer for live instructor-led trainings
- Familiarity with LMS/LXP platforms
