What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare correspondence, reports, briefs, motions, pleadings, and deposition summaries using appropriate software
- Create and edit court documents in compliance with Arizona state court requirements
- Maintain attorney calendars and schedule depositions with necessary parties
- Assist attorneys in preparation for trial or discovery as needed
- Provide overall support for office activities, including document management and mail handling

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience as a Legal Assistant in a law office or corporate law department
- Strong knowledge of Workers' Compensation and Tort law
- Familiarity with Arizona court systems
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Insurance defense background
- Trial support experience
- Experience in a high-volume litigation environment
- Ability to manipulate electronic documents such as TIF, PDF, and JPG formats
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
