What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead pre-close activities for moderately complex to complex commercial loans, coordinating all aspects of loan closings
- Review complex legal documentation, evaluate risks, and develop strategies to mitigate documentation risk
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all required loan documents
- Prepare and review loan amendments for boarding and system maintenance
- Respond to inquiries from customers, third parties, lending partners, and internal team members regarding loans

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4+ years of experience in commercial lending operations, including closing, loan accounting, and/or servicing
- 2+ years of complex commercial loan documentation experience
- 2+ years of experience documenting processes and practices in accepted project methodology artifacts
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience underwriting commercial loans, including commercial real estate loans and/or commercial and industrial (C&I) loans
- Completion of a formal commercial credit training program
- Experience with the full life cycle of commercial loans
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
