Good relationship management skills including stakeholder management to drive and influence decisions
Previousomplaints experience – Financial Services experience is preferred but not essential
Analytical skills and ability to interpret multiple/wide ranging data sets
Enjoy working as a part of a team
Strong communicator – written and verbal with ability to adapt approach to suit audience
Salary up to £26,500 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
Bonus opportunity - 8% of annual salary Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.

Complaints Handler
Salary £26,500
We are currently recruiting for a Complaints Handler to be a part of our team, to effectively manage senior management complaints and provide a fair outcome to customers, whilst ensuring that regulatory compliance is adhered to.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys taking end to end ownership of resolving issues and can effectively liaise with and provide support to Aviva’s Senior Executive both UK Life (UKL) and Group, their business managers and Executive Assistants.
A bit about the job:
As a Complaints Handler, you will own or coordinate a variety of complaints for Life products, linking in with outsourcers and various internal business areas and teams to ensure the correct and timely outcome is reached for the customer and FCA dispute rules have been adhered to. In addition to, supporting key stakeholders both internally and externally, identifying cases which potentially carry wider implications to the business for further action.
