What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight for the Global Accounts Payable function, managing end-to-end processes
- Develop and maintain AP policies and procedures to ensure compliance with internal controls and regulations
- Administer and optimize the NetSuite AP system, implementing enhancements and troubleshooting issues
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Global AP team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of processes and effective communication

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in global Accounts Payable or related finance roles, with at least 3 years in a management position
- Proficient in financial systems and reporting tools, particularly ERP systems like NetSuite
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to manage escalations
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in change management
- Knowledge of purchasing systems such as Coupa
- Familiarity with Google Sheets and other tools within Google Suite or MS Excel
- Proven ability to coach and mentor team members effectively
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior management
