      JOB OVERVIEW

      The Senior Manager, Business Strategy is responsible for partnering with executives and other leaders throughout the organization to plan, support, and / or execute projects and strategies focused on driving increased revenue, cost savings, operational enhancements, and or regulatory requirements. This individual will support designated activities required to define and track KPIs and performance metrics for the businesses and functions they are aligned to. Additionally, the Senior Manager, Business Strategy will proactively define recommended process and technology enhancements and solutions and present them for consideration.

      ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

      • Collaborate cross-functionally to build relationships and execute brand strategies and projects that impact future workforce and business needs
      • Lead cross-functional projects (i.e., board meetings, executive offsites / presentations, KPIs)
      • Consult with key stakeholders to understand long term goals and project needs and create deliverables that align with those expectations and milestones / goals
      • Build organizational capabilities that put strategies into action by guiding executive decision-makers with options and recommendations, developing and executing clear workplans, fostering best practices, and working with business teams on roll-out.
      • Partner with executives to gather information that will inform strategies and to align key stakeholders on the path forward
      • Design and prepare engaging presentations with compelling content and visuals while ensuring presentations align with the organization's branding guidelines, maintaining a consistent look and feel
      • Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand the presentation's purpose and key messages

      TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)

      • Highly Proficient in Microsoft Applications
      • Highly Proficient in Excel modeling; ability to run valuations and detect trends / insights quickly
      • Experience with setting up and managing projects in a complex environment
      • Experience implementing executive vision as well as navigating through uncertainty and risk
      • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
      • Ability to create strong working relationships at all levels, including influencing the executive leadership team
      • Ability to interpret complex concepts and translate them into easy-to-understand visual graphics
      • Ability to tailor presentation and communication to the audience, translating highly complex concepts into succinct and digestible formats
      • Ability to structure ambiguous problems, bring logic to drive key analyses, and synthesize analyses into actionable insights
      • Detail-oriented self-starter with the ability to prioritize projects and meet deadlines
      • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tailor them to all audiences

      EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

      • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required; MBA or related Master’s degree a plus
      • Minimum 5 years’ management consulting and / or in-house strategy experience
