      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the full sales cycle for Account Executives selling to HR/Benefits decision-makers in mid-sized corporations within the assigned U.S. territory
      - Ramp up new hires to ensure they are prepared to sell to prospective customers
      - Collaborate cross-departmentally to enhance team efficiencies
      - Monitor sales pipeline and report team progress to the Vice President of Sales
      - Travel as needed to meet target clients and attend industry events

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven track record of achieving sales targets
      - Minimum of 2 years of sales leadership experience
      - Familiarity with Google Office Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, etc.)
      - Strong understanding of the benefits space
      - Ability to travel up to 10% of the year if required
