- Track and report on customer success metrics to measure effectiveness and drive improvements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of management experience in Customer Success
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in technical or commercial management of software support services
- Ability to travel up to 25%
