Job Description

- Act as a coach and mentor to drive a culture of Continuous Improvement (CI) across all teams
- Implement SonovaX methods and tools such as Daily/Visual Management, Problem Solving, Standard Work, and Value Stream Mapping
- Identify process inefficiencies and work with Departmental Leaders to develop and execute improvement strategies, in particular in the shops
- Lead problem-solving efforts for growth shortfalls and transactional issues, driving root cause analysis and countermeasures
- Facilitate Kaizen events and ensure sustainable change implementation
- Support the enhancement of key commercial processes such as Lead Generation, Customer Journey, and Value-Based Pricing
- Collaborate with the global Sonova X community for training and standards development
- Provide regular reports on progress and accomplishments
- Master Degree in Engineering, Business or equivalent
- Additional education, such as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt is a plus
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Continuous Improvement, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Experience in non-manufacturing environments, preferably in Consulting, retail, B2B, or B2C settings
- Hands-on, individual contributor with exceptional analytical skills to synthesize complex information
- Familiarity with lean methodologies, ideally with exposure to Toyota Production System or similar
- Experience in change management and cultural transformations
- Skilled at building and leading cross-functional teams
- Excellent people skills, capable of engaging global teams
- Comfortable leading upwards and managing without formal authority
- Strong process-driven and customer-focused mindset
- Results-oriented with a keen business acumen
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaborative process design tools (MS Visio, Miro), MS 365
- Willingness to travel approximately 40%, including 5-day on-site events
