      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Define the concept of operations and develop project scope, KPIs, system requirements, process flows, and SOPs
      - Provide onsite support and coordinate resources during go-live
      - Implement and maintain operational processes and procedures
      - Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams to ensure new clients are set up for success
      - Conduct regular status meetings with clients and internal teams
      - Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients
      - Lead and coach the implementation team for successful launch of new business
      - Oversee the development of contractual documents and addendums
      - Identify and manage project risks and ensure communication to all stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5 years of experience working in startup environments, operations, and change management
      - Experience with Microsoft Office and computerized scanner equipment
      - Experience working in 3PL, distribution, or fulfillment centers

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's or master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
      - 3 years of experience in 3PL
      - Availability to travel up to 75% of the time
      - Basic SQL experience
      - Ability to engage and collect testing information from cross-functional teams and translate it into practical testing scenarios within a WMS or automation
      - WMS experience
      - Availability to work a flexible schedule including some weekends
      - Ability to influence others, work as part of a team, and act as a catalyst for change
