      Purpose of the position
      1.Vehicle level performance calculation.
      2.DMU checking, DMU review report preparation with adherence to DMU and BOM check list and closure of DMU issues with COCs.
      3.PLM/TCUA release activity
      4.Vehicle offer drawing
      Technical specification creation
      Design proposals for the project
      7.Vehicle integration activities
      8.CAD packaging in Creo for all vehicle aggregates. (Should have proficiency in Pro-E, Creo)
      9.Creation & releases of VC, Color VC, etc in PLM.
      Dimensions of the position
      Direct Reportee – Nil.

      Education BE/ME in Mechanical/ Automobile
      Skills 1. Creo (Pro-E)
      2. PLM
      3. Digital Mock up (DMU) review
      4. Experience in design of automobile aggregates

      Job Responsibility

      1Responsible for DMU checking, DMU review report preparation with adherence to DMU and BOM check list and closure of DMU issues with COCs,
      2Responsible for completion of VI related releases like VC, Color VC, VOD, Tech specification etc.
      3Responsible to ensure and support aggregate modularity, commonality and complexity reduction across platform
      4Coordinate VATS / VE Internal review
      5Perform vehicle level performance calculation.
      6Coordinate for manufacturing/ assembly issues resolution as required
      7COCs Internal Technical Review
      8Review & Status update for project
