- Marketing Communications Development - Responsible for contributing to the annual marketing plan for Simplii.
- Lead and implement marketing communication initiatives for the individual business units and the brand, with the support of team members.
- Contribute to efforts to close significant market gaps in order to differentiate Simplii's deposit offerings and drive new client acquisition. This includes development of unique, high profile and dynamic marketing communication strategies, media and content.
- Ensure discreet marketing promotional efforts are tailored to the needs of our mass audiences as well as key target groups including: Newcomers, International Students + Domestic Students/Youth.
- Execute creative and be a steward of established brand identity, creative platform, brand standards and visual identity for Simplii.
- Ensure the messaging and creative processes are efficient and in keeping with the Simplii Brand across all channels of communication.
- Work collaboratively with external agencies with specific focus on creative and media AOR activity.
- Marketing Acumen: 5 years plus experience managing the planning, development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns on time and within budget. This includes brief development, managing the creative development process, media and channel planning.
- Digital Expertise: Support our Digital Team to successfully deliver campaigns through our digital channels while continuously looking for opportunities to optimize and enhance our digital messaging and capabilities
- Leadership: Working within an agile environment the ability to bring together and influence cross-functional teams and partners is key in driving change and executional excellence.

What you'll be doing
As part of the Simplii Financial Marketing team you will be responsible for end to end planning and execution of targeted and mass campaigns for our direct banking brand, Simplii. Campaigns will include support of Brand, Chequing, High Interest Savings, Credit Cards, Multi-Currency Accounts and other products as they come on stream.
As a member of the marketing team you will work closely with the senior marketing leads, growth marketing, line of business and agency partners to support execution and measurement of key initiatives and campaigns. You will be responsible for ensuring marketing initiatives are delivered with excellence, with acute focus on the client and digital experience.
