- Master's Degree Nursing required
- Nurse Practitioner [NP] / Advanced Practice Registered Nurse [APRN] [State License] preferred
- Experience in occupational health, emergency room, ambulatory care, and/or orthopedics as an APP. 5-7 years required and Supervisory experience or equivalent leadership experience 2-3 years required
- Possess strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with cross functional teams including staff at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to successfully negotiate and collaborate with others of different skill sets, backgrounds and levels within and external to the organization.
- Strong problem solving and negotiation skills.
- Ability to effectively conduct meetings, both formal and informal.
- Requires minimal direction from leadership and possesses the ability to learn quickly.
- Identify areas of inefficiency and develop process improvement plans.

Job Summary
Summary
Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the hospital's Occupational Health clinic and supervising staff with a focus on developing the professional practice environment and ensuring the clinic operates efficiently and provides excellent customer service. This position is a licensed advanced practice provider.
Essential Functions
-Provide leadership and support to Occupational Health clinical staff.
-Provide clinical consultation for complex cases.
-Facilitate patient care and service delivery by allocating staff resources and facilitating patient needs.
-Implement and monitor clinic-based standards and process improvements.
-Participate in appropriate committees as a member of the health and safety infrastructure.
-Develop and manage key programs, collaborates with key departments and team members to improve compliance, ensure delivery of services to meet program objectives in a resource effective manner, and provides metrics for these programs.
