- Lead, mentor and develop a team of IT professionals, fostering a high performing culture of accountability and professional growth.
- In collaboration with the SVP of Information Technology, develop and drive the long-term IT systems strategy, evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions to enhance system capabilities and ensure alignment with organizational goals and business growth initiatives.
- Oversee the IT & Systems budget, focusing on optimizing investments in technology, security and infrastructure
- Stay ahead of industry trends and recommend emerging technologies that can enhance business performance
- Implement and maintain systems monitoring tools to proactively identify and address potential issues
- Oversee the daily operations and security of the company's IT systems, ensuring high availability, performance, security and compliance
- Partner with the internal network and security team member and vendors to implement and enforce PCI and cybersecurity best practices
- Manage the incident response plan and lead the incident response process in responding to breaches or cyber threats.
- Ensure disaster recovery and business continuity plans are in place and tested regularly.
- Manage the IT support team, ensuring timely and effective support to stores across all brands and locations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and identify technology needs and implement solutions that enhance business operations
- Implement and continuously improve IT support processes, including ticketing systems, escalation procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Ensure the IT team is equipped to handle technical issues related to hardware, software, network connectivity, and other IT-related systems
- Subject matter expert for POS platform, online ordering, digital signage, digital commerce, 3rd party marketplace/delivery platforms
- Manage and optimize digital customer-facing systems, including mobile apps, digital signage, websites, online ordering platforms, 3rd party marketplace/delivery platforms and reservation systems.
- Participate as part of the IT Support team and evening/weekend on-call rotation to provide support for critical system incidents
- Collaborate with Brand and Ops teams to implement and optimize digital loyalty programs, guest feedback systems, and promotional tools, offers, and other customer-facing content across platforms.
- Partners with functional departments on menu evolution, guest engagement initiatives. Project manages all technical aspects of menu, app, digital commerce related initiatives
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of POS systems across all stores
- Ensure that POS systems are integrated with inventory management, customer relationship management (CRM) tools, and financial reporting systems
- Provide support for any POS-related issues, working closely with vendors to resolve hardware or software problems promptly
- Responsible for technical product roadmap of POS, online ordering and digital commerce platforms
- Responsible for planning and managing hardware refresh initiatives including but not limited to POS, digital commerce, digital signage
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations and best practices
- Manage relationships with technology vendors, overseeing contracts, and ensuring service level agreements are met
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions to enhance system capabilities
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Proven success in managing, developing, and scaling IT teams
Proven experience in a leadership role within IT operations, with a focus on systems management
Deep understanding of how IT infrastructure impacts revenue, operations, and competitive positioning
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Experience in managing and optimizing systems in a secure and compliant manner
Experience in budget oversight, contract negotiations, and vendor relationship management
Ability to drive change in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining stability of IT Operations
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

2-3 years of experience managing and maintaining Toast POS strongly preferred
ITIL Foundation Certification, CompTIA A+ or Network+ certifications a plus

Job Description:
As the Senior Manager of IT Systems, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, maintenance, security and optimization of our IT systems. Working closely with the SVP of Information Technology, you will contribute to the strategic vision for IT infrastructure and lead a team of skilled professionals to ensure the continuous improvement of security compliance initiatives, including network security and PCI compliance

The annualized salary range for this position (plus a bonus) is: $110,000 - $120,000
