About Program Phoenix

Program Phoenix is a multi-year initiative that has been established to create a real-time enterprise built on a common data model, global processes, and seamless data flow, enabling operational efficiency and scalability. The Program will involve a green field implementation of S/4 HANA, PLM, and CRM across five releases.

Summary of Role:

This role will oversee all design and build aspects of the Idea to Product value stream with a focus on best practices, Standard global process influencing business leaders as well as vendor partners, and supporting team development and growth. Post go-live of the project, the role will govern the blueprint, manage all change, and project delivery associated with the Value stream.

Ideal individuals for this role will be passionate about creating simple standard global business process, enabling technology to solve business problems, working in an environment experiencing fast-paced global environment.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership to e2e process design, build, test, legacy integration of I2P (Idea to Product) value stream with the support of the partners
• Design of the key I2P business process flow designs, master data objects, functional specifications, data conversion and integration specifications
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, lead cross functional peers and report status to management on project deliverables.
• Manage the administration of Teamcenter, including license management, Teamcenter landscapes, Configuration, Customization, Deployments, maintenance, and update Teamcenter patches.
• Establishes partnerships and credibility at all levels with key business stakeholders, implementation Partners and builds problem-solving partnerships with colleagues
• Post the project go-live, the role will be responsible for architecture, development, implementation, and maintenance of PLM systems supporting software applications, interfaces.
• Collaborate with enterprise architecture, software partners and business teams to develop PLM road map
• Provide leadership to the global PLM team across India & Singapore, provide work direction, coaching and mentoring, upskill GFIT solution delivery team in Teamcenter.

Other Responsibilities:

• Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs

Required Qualifications:

• Education - BS/MS degree.
• Overall experience of 10-15 years as Lead Solution Architect or delivery manager PLM role with at least 5+ years of experience in designing, consulting, and implementing Teamcenter
• Teamcenter implementations in an MNC including all phases (blueprint, configuration, training, cut-over and post go-live support).
• Strong knowledge of Teamcenter product architecture and its integration frameworks like T4EA/T4S/T4O/CAD Integrations etc.. Technical capabilities in Part Management, BOM Management, Change Management, Classification, Workflow
• Experience in Project delivery, Agile practices, and DevOps.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, ability to engage and work in a global team across multiple time zones
• Demonstrate leadership in general, ability to identify priorities, be decisive, ability to lead complex topics on a global basis and convince others.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to the Hi-Tech industry
• Experience with integration of Teamcenter with SAP, CRM, MES System.
• Working knowledge in Teamcenter 2-tier/4-tier/Web/Active Workspace/multi-site architecture
• Experience with the configuration and/or customization of PLM systems based on solution design documents
