      Position Summary...

      What you'll do...

      Are you looking for a great opportunity to join Fortune #1 and play a key role in the development and delivery of the new Home Office campus real estate? Our Corporate Real Estate team is hiring a Senior Manager, Portfolio Arts & Heritage to create and implement a cohesive vision and strategy for art and culture expressions across Walmart’s corporate office portfolio. This role reports to the Director, Workplace Design.

      What You’ll Do:

      • Create and develop diverse and innovative art and culture programs that connect Walmart’s past, present and future.
      • Co-develop Walmart’s corporate brand, art, and culture guidelines with partner teams, as part of the workplace design guidelines.
      • Collaborate with design and marketing teams to identify art and culture moments for specific projects that align to workplace design guidelines.
      • Model best practices in the stewardship of Walmart’s cultural heritage collection and identify campus locations for display.
      • Lead the curation, operations, acquisitions, and registration of the art collection in collaboration with the Heritage and Museum teams.
      • Lead/participate in art outreach serving both the Walmart community and the broader community.
      • Develop and implement an educational and evangelization program to drive excitement across the US.
      • Create and implement a shared art program with NWA affiliates to bring art to our campus and satellite locations.
      • Maintain and foster relationships with artists as well as related networks of gallerists, dealers, and other curators in the field.
      • Oversee Walmart’s Associate Art initiative, organizing program, exhibits, and marketing.
      • Successfully lead projects from inception to completion.
      • Build-cross functional partnerships and build trust quickly.
      • Balances creativity with analytics; detail-oriented.
      • Follows guidelines and templates, but knows when to push boundaries.
      • Is collaborative and receptive to new ideas.
      • Ability to give and receive open, honest feedback.

      What You’ll Bring:

      • You have an expansive art network in NWA and across the United States.
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
      • Excellent organizational skills; strong working relationships with colleagues in the field, including collectors, gallerists, writers, scholars, and museum peers.
      • Maintain strong CRE (Commercial Real Estate) peer connections and alignment with, Procurement, Legal, Finance
      • A strong track record of getting to yes! Open-minded collaboration and solution oriented.

      Minimum qualifications:

      Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, 5+ years of multi-faceted, fast-paced project management in an art-related field.
