What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with leadership to define and refine the product vision and roadmap
- Oversee all design and research cycles from initial discovery to delivery and evaluation
- Manage and mentor a team, including defining growth plans and maintaining the team backlog
- Uphold high-quality standards by addressing business goals, technical constraints, and user needs
- Advocate for creators within the company and drive design initiatives forward
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven track record of building teams and delivering impactful work in a start-up environment
- Experience in designing for both web and mobile platforms
- Growth mindset with the ability to lead through experimentation and learning loops
- Fluency in Agile product development processes, design tools, and research methodologies
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills
