      Manager, Enterprise Customer Success, Consulting Services

      Autodesk is a leading global technology company that creates software products and services for the architecture, engineering, construction, manufacturing, automotive, media and entertainment industries.

      We are looking for someone to manage one of our growing Enterprise Customer Success, Consulting Services team s .

      The role is fully remote, based in Spain.

      Position Overview

      The Manager, Enterprise Customer Success, Consulting Services will have direct involvement in shaping how we deliver services and interface with other experts and partners within Autodesk and beyond. You are equally comfortable promoting the vision of success to our customers while energizing a team of accomplished professionals who are helping to transform our customer’s business.

      Principal Responsibilities

      • Directly manage a team of capable consultants while meeting important goals

      • Certify our services are delivering value for our customers in consideration of their business outcomes

      • Demonstrate excellence in strategic thinking, business process optimization, and engagement planning

      • Work with other departments to lead bookings (sales function) and customer success (customer success management function)

      • Become a trusted partner to customers and across Autodesk for professional services

      • Manage execution excellence – e.g. proactively manage engagement schedules and staffing plans, prepare, review, and manage deliverables to the customer

      • Develop best in-class consultants through coaching plans based on current and anticipated demand in skills and individual’s career growth aspirations

      • Ensure that team members perform to the highest level of quality

      Minimum Qualifications

      • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or similar related degree

      • 5+ years of experience in growing a team in a changing environment

      • Translating customers challenges and goals into solutions

      • Knowledge in engineering industry processes, or architecture and construction

      • Advanced experience in either development or promoting BIM workflow processes between architects, engineers, and contractors

      • Travel up to 30% of the time, including international travel
